So I have this wonderful dog, his name happens to be Buddy. We bought him when we were all in the six-year old range… originality wasn’t really present in our brains at that point. Anyway, that’s beside the point. The point is that it’s really quite early, say 8:00 or so in the morning. I’m sitting here, typing away, and what does Buddy do? He marches up, looks up at me with those round, gorgeous brown eyes of him, and sits his little (well medium sized) head down on my lap. All the while he’s clicking his tongue–or so we call it. The only reason why we say this is because we have nothing better to describe it with.

Generally in the morning Buddy will go around the house, making odd noises with his tongue. A way for him to say, “I’m ready for the day!” It’s so strange and so very unique. He comes to check on us in the morning. Going room to room and then leaving. And when he wants to be pet, he’ll place his head on your lap and literally throw you a puppy dog face. Believe me, it’s way cuter than humans doing it.

Hm, what else about my lovely dog? Well, he enjoys eating flies and spiders, although I really don’t know if that was necessary at all! He enjoys eggs, grapes, and whatever else he can get his paws on. He’s stolen fish, sandwiches, chocolate muffins, tons more. About the chocolate: It contains something that makes some dogs sick. Not all… obviously Buddy is the kind that isn’t affected. And don’t worry, even if he is–it’s not like we hand feed him chocolate. That wouldn’t be funny.

P.S. I spent quite a few minutes afterword googling the definition of ‘affect‘ and ‘effect‘. Turns out, the ‘affect’ is a verb, while the ‘effect’ is a noun. That’s one thing. The other is that ‘affect’ is really like the action of an effect taking place. Kind of… Haha, sorry. Continuing on:
